When we concretise an overall strategy and can show the connection from the day-to-day action to the strategic, we extend the decision-making competence right down to the outermost levels of the organisation. This means that we give our employees the opportunity to make decisions in their daily work that are in line with the strategy. It sounds easy and should be a no-brainer, but it is often not done.
