An outdoor programme for leadership teams
Are you ready to for all hands on deck in a challenging and vulnerable way? Ready to work with one of the most difficult obstacles in your leadership role: Your own egos. This programme is up close and personal. There will be no comfort blankets, but lots of feedback, opportunity to work concretely with trust in each other, share more of yourself and return to the office with a clear commitment to the common goal.
We work with experience-based learning. That means causeality & consequence and responsibility & ego. We use nature as a learning enhancer and focus on:
- Reflection, critical analysis and perspective
- Opportunities to take initiative, make decisions and be accountable for the results
- Opportunities to engage intellectually, creatively, emotionally, socially or physically
- A designed learning experience that includes the opportunity to learn from natural consequences, mistakes and successes
Unity in practice
24 hours of task solving and feedback training. When we solve tasks together with immediate feedback, we get in touch with each other faster, learn how to make decisions and build the psychological safety needed to succeed.
Feedback is anxiety provoking – both to give and to receive. And it is a shame, because it is via feedback that all biological systems stay alive and develop.
Design & habitat
Outdoor programmes are tailored to your needs – from glamping to bivouac, from gourmet to tinned food. Sled dogs or forest, mountain or sea.
Time to reflect
A bonfire. A tired body. A belly full of good food. Lambskin under the bum. The dark forest around you. This provides the perfect conditions for an open, vulnerable conversation in your leadership team. An opportunity to listen to everyone's reflections and learn from each other.
